Quality Control

At Chinee Women Shoes Co., Ltd., quality control supports consistent product performance, appearance, and order requirements. Our product range includes women’s footwear, such as boots, sneakers, sandals, flats, and work shoes, as well as cable ties and wiring accessories. Inspection activities are guided by product specifications, approved samples, and internal inspection standards appropriate to each product type.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are checked before they enter production. Depending on the product, this may include reviewing footwear uppers, linings, soles, insoles, fasteners, and other components, or checking cable tie materials and accessory parts. Checks may cover identification, appearance, dimensions, and condition against the applicable requirements.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Production checks help identify variations while work is in progress. Our team monitors relevant operations and product characteristics, such as footwear assembly, stitching, bonding, shape, and finishing, or the dimensions and functional characteristics of cable ties and wiring accessories. When an issue is identified, the affected work can be reviewed and addressed according to the production requirements.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Finished products are reviewed against order specifications and approved references before packing. Inspection may include appearance, workmanship, dimensions, color consistency, and product-specific functional checks. For footwear, this can include checking overall shape, pair matching, sole attachment, and finishing. For cable ties and wiring accessories, checks may focus on relevant dimensions, component condition, and function, subject to product specifications.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Before shipment, packaging and order details are checked to help ensure that products are prepared as requested. This may include verifying product styles or types, quantities, size or color assortments where applicable, labels, packing materials, and carton condition. The final review helps confirm that the goods and shipping information correspond with the order requirements.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Customer feedback and inspection findings are reviewed to understand the nature of any quality concern. Where appropriate, we investigate the issue, coordinate corrective actions with the relevant team, and consider adjustments to materials, processes, or inspection points. This approach supports ongoing improvement and helps align future orders with customer requirements.
